# 师父与师傅

发现我的有些兄弟姐妹把“师父”和“师傅”弄混了。

师傅是工、农、商、学、兵、戏剧、艺术等行业中传授技艺的人，是对有技艺的人的尊称，学徒工一般把负责给自己教技艺的人叫“师傅”，工厂车间里凡是有技术的工人都统称为“师傅”，比如刘师傅，孙师傅等等。

师父是对“传道授业解惑”者的尊称，师父的核心职责是“传道”和“解惑”，而不是传授技艺，学校的老师可以尊称为“师父”，基督耶稣，佛陀释迦牟尼、仙人老子、先知穆罕默德、先圣孔子等可以称为“师父”，称为“导师”，普通的人不能称为“师父”，世俗社会对和尚、尼姑、道士也尊称为“师父”。

所以，千万不要把“师父”称为“师傅”，把“师傅”当成“师父”，如果把“师父”叫做“师傅”，或把“师傅”当成“师父”，那就等于把姑娘当成老娘，把老公错认成儿子了。
