# 令人安适的远邻

　　回想国内半夜三更楼群之间随意放鞭炮的情景和邻居家毫无顾忌地将电视或音响设备的音量调到最大从而自我听赏而不考虑左邻右舍感受的情景，我这里有个国外邻里之间如何相互尊重的例子，值得我们中国人思考，并学习。

　　昨天中午有人送过来一封信，信的内容原封不动照搬如下：

　　To our Neighbor

　　This is to notify you that we will be having a graduation party for our son on Saturday 26th April from

　　Midday till late in the evening.

　　Please bear with us for there will be some celebrations and a PA system will be in use. Any inconvenience this may cause is sincerely regretted.

　　Mr. & Mrs. Mubvumbi

　　信的内容是说四月26日（星期六）中午到晚上他们家举办孩子毕业庆贺集会，会有高声喧哗和音乐舞会，会对左邻右舍带来烦恼，对此，他们真诚请求大家包涵。

　　大家感受如何？一个这样的邻居，提前一天打招呼，说明原因，并真诚请求包涵，这是文明素养啊！如此的邻居，又选择在周末举办庆贺聚会，即使吵闹，也让人内心深感安适。

　　同时我想说明，这个远邻离我家至少有1公里的距离，同在一个居住区，但不在同一条路上，即使这么远，还要打印信件派人送来打招呼，其内心是多么地善良啊！

　　大家还应该知道，这事发生在非洲，是被许多中国同胞内心瞧不起认为是落后的地方。

　　在这里，居住区始终是静悄悄地，即使大白天，也是非常地宁静。

　　现在不是好多人呼吁复兴中华文化吗？说21世纪是中华文化的世纪吗？那么，先向人家学习，向人家学习如何相互尊重。如果连相互尊重都做不到，中华文化绝不会成为优秀文化，绝不会成为21世纪的主流文化。
