1．何为迷信？ 答：没经过自己大脑思考和验证而对他人的观点或行为产生的盲目崇拜和畏惧叫迷信。

2．何为悟？ 答：悟是一种冥想状态，悟是想弄懂某个或某些深刻的道理。被某个事件、或现象、或话语启发，从而透过事件、现象和话语明白了某个道理或某些关联的道理叫开悟。

3．人为什么生病？ 答：境由心生，病由心造，生病是因为自己的心灵结构不完美，有缺陷，俗话讲苍蝇不叮无缝蛋，疾病不缠高灵人，心灵结构不完美犹如鸡蛋有裂缝，病自然会生。

4．什么是信息？ 答：信息有两层含义，一层指的是各式各样的消息，比如我们每天上网、看电视、聊天、读书读报等等所获得的以前不知的消息和以前没有发生过的消息；一层指通过身体或心灵感应到的讯息。对禅院草而言，我们主要是通过感悟，捕捉来自上帝灵的信息。

5．何为禅？ 答：禅是修炼人达到的一种与天地宇宙、万事万物浑然一体的心灵境界，叫禅境，进入了禅境，就超凡脱俗了，就可以以境转境、以心转境、以意转境，天马行空，随意游戏了。
