# 李克强: 改革要尊重群众和基层的首创精神

好消息不断传来，国务院21日召开全国综合配套改革试点工作座谈会，会上即将接任温家宝总理之职的李克强发表重要讲话，讲话中说：“让人民过上更加美好的生活，必须通过改革开放。”并强调：“改革要既有顶层设计，又要尊重群众和基层的首创精神。”

这等于在说：“你们生命禅院创建的建设生态文明的第二家园属于‘群众和基层的首创精神’，搞得好，继续创建！”

党的十八大之后一派新气象，科学发展观，生态文明建设，习近平总书记的圣人思想“人民对美好生活的向往，就是我们的奋斗目标”，此次李克强强调的“改革要尊重群众和基层的首创精神”等等，简直就是一股吹进中国大地的春风。

感谢上帝，为第二家园建设带来了春风，铺平了道路，放眼未来，处处是高度文明的第二家园世外桃源，在世外桃源里善良勤劳的人们在自然地劳作着，享受着大自然的恩赐，开心、快乐、自由、幸福地生活着，过着如诗如画的人生，没有烦恼、痛苦、焦虑和忧愁，这简直是天国降临人间了！

努力吧！亲爱的兄弟姐妹们，让我们在开明公正的政府领导下，把我们的家园建设成人类梦寐以求的人间乐园！
