# 生命禅院时代传道传佛法者必须自食其力

生命禅院时代，劳动将成为每一个地球公民的第一要务，每一个人，必须参与一项创造性体力劳动或基本生活保障劳动，管理阶层的人数必须大幅度降低，平均三百人只有一个管理者即可，也就是说，三百个人的吃穿住行生老病死及生产生活只要一个人操心安排，不再有第二个人参与。

这就是说，假设地球上有三亿人，那么，管理者就是一百万人，除此一百万人之外，其余的人都是第一线的劳动者。

由此我们知道，生命禅院时代只有两种人，即管理者和劳动者。而生命禅院时代的管理者是最劳累的人，这种管理者必须身强体健，精力旺盛，思维缜密，头脑灵活，且不能在吃穿住行方面有任何特殊待遇，他们必须是众人的仆人和奴隶。

如此一来，地球上不再存在专门的传道传佛法者，不再存在由众人供养的传道传佛法者，传道传佛法者首先必须是一个参与生产创造第一线的劳动者。

教师的职责是传道、授业、解惑，传道传佛法是教师的职责，所以，生命禅院时代传道传佛法的工作由教师承担，教师属于第一线的劳动者。

生命禅院时代的学校只设三门课程，即：上帝知识、做人知识、科技知识。传道传佛法者就到学校去教授上帝知识和做人知识。
