# 谨封沧海草为家园永续发展导师

沧海草是生命禅院事业坚定的信奉者和实践者，思维敏捷知识面广，善于学习和钻研，并能在最短的时间内掌握相关知识，反应迅速，有宏观意识，并能在微观上善于付诸实践，成为禅院草八年来，放弃了个人的一切追求，全身心扑在了为人类开创生命禅院时代的公益事业上，并为第二家园的创建和发展立下了不朽的功勋。

面临资源短缺甚至枯竭的局面，面对自然气候的剧烈反常变化，人类要在地球上永续存在并发展，必须要有一批先行者在如何永续发展上忘我无私地潜心钻研积极实践，生命禅院创建的第二家园必须建设成人类生态文明的典范，要为人类树立最佳生产和生活模式，这就要求我们在现有的经济基础非常脆弱薄弱的情况下利用每一株草，每一株花卉，每一棵树，每一寸土地，每一个动物来让家园不断发展壮大，不仅要做到自给自足，还要为社会做出贡献。

朴门农艺意识是人类永续发展的一个门径，它强调的是热爱人类、热爱大自然、平等分享资源理念，核心是向大自然学习，从传统的古老生产方式中取经，利用科学技术使农林牧副渔形成一个有机配套循环发展系统，最终做到人与自然和谐共存，做到人类的永续生存并发展。

如何把家园建成为生态文明的典范，如何把朴门农艺结合家园的实际贯彻到家园里来是每一位禅院草都要学习、思考、从事的事，但由于人生有限精力不足，所以每一个人都难以把全球生态和朴门农艺的新技术新方法及时获取，也难以全面把握这门牵扯到植物、动物、人相辅相成的宏观体系，而这一方面沧海草有天才的能力，所以，谨封沧海草为家园永续发展导师，由他来获取全球朴门农艺生态建设的最新信息并结合家园的实际制定方案并进行亲自实践和指导，望全体兄弟姐妹密切配合。

善待大自然，大自然就会善待我们；善待一切生命，所有生命就会善待我们，让我们以最小阻力为原则，充分地利用现有的资源和条件，把家园建成生态文明的典范，最终做到人与人、人与社会、人与大自然和谐共存。
