# 建议把第二家园纳入临沧生态文明典范计划

临沧市市政府！

“美丽云南，绿色家园”生态文明建设系列新闻发布会之“生态高地，大美临沧”专场发布会上市长锁飞先生的讲话深入我们心中，为了实现“自然之美、生态之美、产业之美、人文之美、幸福之美的大美临沧”，我们也在响应市长和市政府的号召而进行着努力。

第二家园四分院在临沧市两年半间（2011年8月至今）， 将五老山国家森林公园附近租下的400余亩荒山土坡改造成了今日绿意盎然、花草葱郁、优美和谐的生态社区，种植果树3000余棵，护坡护树、改良土壤，吸引鸟儿，邀请外国专家来讲授永续生态农业、积极实践有机自然农法，已经建成了高度文明的生态社区。此举完全响应了临沧市“生态立市，绿色崛起”的理念及市政府《关于临沧市加快推进生态文明建设的意见》和《关于建设森林临沧的决定》的政策，并以实际行动作出了表率，仅2013年，第二家园临沧分院就接待了来自十多个国家的国际友人、专家和记者等人士，随着知名度的提高及来访者的口碑相传，将会有更多的国际友人前来拜访。这对临沧市打造美丽边境品牌、激活临沧生态建设和经济发展将有着莫大的、难以估量的益处。

第二家园在这方面可以说是对临沧市的生态建设和“美丽临沧”建设作出了贡献的，且有着巨大的发展潜力。望政府能从这一角度出发，考虑第二家园存在的多层面价值。第二家园的存在有益于当地人民、自然环境、文化、生态和地区经济，甚至城市的品牌打造，且已经获得良好口碑并传播至几十个国家，望地方政府慎重思考，若实施强行遣散家园，其负面影响将是长久而难以挽回的，损失将难以估量。

第二家园在临沧市建设两年多来，从未有过违法乱纪和犯罪记录，社区内部也从未有过争吵斗嘴打架斗殴现象，做到了“道不拾遗，夜不闭户”，这是一个高度文明的生态社区，希望市政府派工作组前来详细了解和考察，把第二家园纳入市政府生态文明典范的规划之中，这对临沧市的生态文明建设会起到不可估量的积极作用。
