# 高度自觉是第二家园长久的保证

第二家园目前状态良好，一切井然有序，生产和生活高度文明，但能否长久保持下去并逐步完善完美？会不会走着走着就走向紊乱衰败？

毫无疑问，如果家园每一位成员包括全体禅院草没有高度的自觉性，那么，家园必然会走向衰败，所以，每一位禅院草永恒地保持高度的自觉性是第二家园持续发展走向千年的基本保证。

如何保持高度的自觉性？

一、抱三个一，上帝、主席（总统）、导游，即心灵上与上帝抱一，思想上与国家主席（总统）抱一，日常生产和生活上与导游抱一。坚守上帝之道即自然之道，国家主席（总统）有何指示或教育马上执行，在日常的生产和生活中导游如何引导就如何做。

二、政府包括联合国颁布的法律法规自觉遵守，不质疑不违背，对中央政府百分之百地相信，不心存疑虑。

三、家园是大家心血的结晶，任何人若没有对家园奉献，就没有权利和资格享受家园生活，并且，给家园的付出一定要大于从家园的获得，如果对家园没有付出却在享受着家园的一切，就叫不自觉，就叫厚脸皮，就叫无赖。

四、任何一位禅院草每天必须参与家园的体力劳动，逃避劳动者就是缺乏自觉性的表现，既然劳动，必须要有效率和劳动成果，没有效率和劳动成果的劳动叫磨洋工和耍滑头。

五、每一位禅院草必须吃苦在前享受在后，任何形式的浪费和奢侈及浮华都是违背家园文明准则的，生活上一定要简单、纯朴、自然。

六、必须做到彻底无私，不能有一点私心，一旦进入家园生活，个人一无所有，一切归于家园，任何人不能想也不能说“这是我的。”

七、爱惜家园的一草一木一针一线，要人尽其才物尽其用，不能用野蛮的行为对待家园的一切，尤其对各种设备和工具。

八、多干实事，少说空话、谎话、废话、大话，少提建议，少出主意，少卖弄嘴皮子功夫，减少废事废话废动作，神佛仙圣的教诲自己去践行，不要拿神佛仙圣的教导去教育和引导别人，严格遵守禅院理念。

由于家园采取的是浑沌管理，没有管理，没有监督，没有领导阶层，没有办公室，不开任何形式的会议，没有集体决定，每个人都是独立的，都是遵循内心的真善美爱信诚品质生活的，禅院草相互之间“不操别人心，不管别人事”，所以，发挥各自的高度自觉性非常重要。

如果一个人在家园里缺乏自觉性自愿性，那你不适合生活在家园。我们必须记住，家园绝对不是慈善机构，家园绝对不会养一个懒人，养一个寄生虫，养一个白吃饭的，剥削和压迫必须在家园绝迹。
