# 封恒德元初为生命禅院1号分院分院长

因集道德信念、智慧、完美灵性、能力为一体，恒德元初被封为生命禅院1号分院分院长！

这是一件苦差事，世尊释迦牟尼干的是苦差事，基督耶稣干的是苦差事，我们的总院长佛山元初、校长乾坤元初、家园管理者太极元初干的也是苦差事，凡具有最上乘心愿，且具备了道德和能力的人，都必须干苦差事。总得有人干苦差事，把人类的苦一肩挑起，让人类的每一个成员轻松愉快地生活。

分院长的角色，就是一个仆人的角色。“在你们中间,谁愿为首,就必作众人的仆人。”这是神耶稣的教诲。

分院长应该做些什么呢？

一、分院长等同于各国总统，不同的是，各国总统自成一体，而生命禅院的分院长只维护和实施生命禅院理念，全球为一体。各国总统为其国全体公民服务，禅院的分院长只为禅院草服务。分院长与各国总统没有利益之争，决不能干涉各国总统的权力，不仅不能干涉，还要维护各国总统的声誉和职能。生命禅院的目的就 是最终取代国家，使地球上不再有国家的存在，而实施的方法不是去争、去抢、去夺，而是通过时空的推移，在不知不觉中，在潜移默化中让其消失。比如，如何让一座冰山消失呢？去砸、去搬运、去烧等办法绝对是笨办法，上佳办法就是用持续的温度去融化它。此外，按照基督耶稣的教导：“死人的事让死人们去处理。”没 有了各国总统，谁去处理2013年前死人们的事呢？所以，我们只做我们的事，不要管天塌还是地陷。

二、创建第二家园，按照禅院800理念，在条件具备时，让禅院草逐步从传统家庭生活向第二家园生活过渡。其方法是顺水推舟，千万不要采用任何的强制 措施，先让单身的、离婚的、没有家庭拖累的禅院草融入第二家园生活，千万不要让与丈夫或妻子有严重分歧的禅院草进入第二家园，否则，后患无穷，会有人来闹 事，会起诉禅院。

三、传播禅院理念，尽可能多地度化贤人。

四、贯彻总院建议。

五、办分院网站。

六、为各分院禅院草三年一轮换做准备工作。

七、任何一位在分院范围内的禅院草遇到特大困难时，进行全力帮助和营救。

八、不断积累和总结第二家园管理经验，经常与各分院长交流经验。

有一千万件事需要分院长来做，这一千万件事是什么事呢？这要靠分院长的灵觉和智慧去感悟，去认识。

只要紧紧围绕800理念，其余的，放开心量，放开手脚去做，不必请示，不必汇报。
