# 第二家园四分院全面进入浑沌管理

管理的最高境界就是不管理，浑沌管理就是不再管理。

第二家园生活模式基本上是以天国千年界生活模式为参照系的，天国千年界仙群的生活就是浑沌管理。

四分院的禅院草目前基本上都有独立意识，且每日在高度自觉自愿地从事着自己的工作，且都很勤劳善良纯朴真诚守信，一切在井然有序高效率进行，所以，根本不再需要管理。

不再管理的几个方面如下：

1.“八仙过海，各显神通”，每个人所从事的工作自己做主，想怎么做就怎么做，想什么时候做就什么时候做，其他的人不闻不问。

2.作息自己安排，不再有统一的要求，想早晨睡到八九点，中午不睡，都由自己做主安排，不再有人监督要求。

3.日常生活用品全面放开，想吃什么想用什么，随意到库房取用，树上结的果子地上长的作物，只要想吃，随意采摘，不再有任何分配和要求。

4.人与人之间不再有任何的忌妒、埋怨、教育、指责、批评、议论、控制，每个人进入高度地自由状态。

5.自己在工作上、生活上、生理上、情感上、心理上、精神上的烦恼自己化解，逐渐摆脱对他人和导游的依赖。

6.每个人对外联络，进出家园全面自由。

7.每个人想读什么书，想看什么影视作品，想与外界的什么人打交道，全面自由。

8.每个人想邀请什么人来家园探望自己，家园全面配合。

总之，每个人在家园“随心所欲不逾矩”。

为什么我敢于在四分院全方位实施浑沌管理，因为我相信经过禅院理念洗礼和经过劳动过关的禅院草都知道如何做如何把握度，并且坚信大家的所作所为一定都在上帝之道上，大家一定会高度自觉自愿维护禅院理念，一切的言论行为肯定都是为了家园。
