# 养生示范园准备向人类展示这幅图景

　　我在《养生篇》中写道：“养生宗旨：保健康、得长寿、脱凡骨、成仙道。”

　　养生主要养精、气、神、形、心、性，养生的核心宗旨是走上帝之道，即自然之道，因为“大道甚夷”“道法自然”。

　　最高妙的术无形，就像最高妙的剑法是无剑，即不用剑，最高妙的管理就是不管理，没有任何规章制度，那么，最高妙的养生是无形的养生。一流的医生不治病，而是让人不生病，二流的医生是将生病的苗头及时消除在萌芽状态，三流的医生就是像华佗那样“手到病除”，四流的医生就是借助药物和器械治病，五流的医生们就是穿上白大褂折腾病人。

　　养生，绝对不是单靠技术层面的方法能达成目的的，养生的核心在于养心和养性。“何其自性本自清静，何其自性本不生灭，何其自性本自具足，何其自性本无动摇，何其自性能生万法。”“诸法空相，不生不灭，不垢不净，不增不减。”心灭性显，性显，养生成矣。

　　“事实胜于雄辩”，养生示范园的理论和实践是否正确，是否有效，用事实说话，所以，我准备向人类展示这么一幅图景。

　　凡生活在养生示范园的人，我逐步地不让任何一个人生病，要让大家始终保持健康，最后无疾而终。

　　具体如何做，一言难尽。
