# 高级养生

　　高级养生已属于负宇宙养生法，已无任何动作姿势，也无需什么有形物体为参照，仅仅是用思维和脑中的虚幻图像来养生。

　　让我稍做导引。你首先在室内挂一张锦绣河山画，你观看画中的飞鸟、青山、绿水、云雾中隐现的房舍，然后想象那些飞鸟在翱翔，你也跟着飞鸟翱翔，飞越高山河流，飞向那遥远的地方，那儿一切都是美丽祥和的。这样想象的过程就是高级养生的过程。

　　现在，你把这张锦绣河山画取走，把其景色印入脑中，再进行自己加工，可以作无限的加工改造，然后把自己放置其中，你可以在幽静的地方歇脚，可以在青青流淌的小河中游泳，可以让自己飞翔、飞上崇山峻岭去欣赏“大自然”的无限风光，你也可以把自己的知心朋友（想象中）带上，一起去领略优美的山川，一起去摘吃仙桃仙果，可以大声喊叫，可以高声歌唱。这样的过程就是高级养生的过程。

　　高级养生的过程就是你的肌体发生化学变化的过程，久而久之，你的疾病将消失，你五脏六腑、气血经络都将会处于非常自然有序运行的状态中，你抵抗疾病的能力就会大幅度增强。更有甚者，你会……
