# 上天奖惩的机制和时机

　　奖惩机制

　　1.以道统御，宇宙全息。 　　

　　2.天网恢恢，疏而不失。 　　

　　3.只循程序，不讲情理。 　　

　　4.只彰正义，不徇善意。 　　

　　5.不分贵贱，平等如一。 　　

　　6.给尊重者以尊重，给嘲笑者以嘲笑。 　　

　　7.让富者更富，让贫者更贫。 　　

　　8.出其不意，使其不备。

注释：富主要指心灵和精神上的富，贫主要指心灵精神上的贫。 

　　　凡知足，无债务，且能给他人和社会奉献者，为富。 

　　　凡不知足，有债务，总从他人和社会索取者，为贫。

　　奖惩时机

　　1.对轻微的，及时奖惩。 　　

　　2.对重大的，待越过零界点给予奖惩。 　　

　　3.对狭义的，随时奖惩。 　　

　　4.对广义的，需要等待所有因素具备才奖惩。 　　

　　5.与情相关的，通过轮回奖惩。 　　

　　6.与爱相关的，通过升降奖惩。 　　

　　7.牵扯到债务的，以讨债还债奖惩。 　　

　　8.牵扯到生命的，以对等原理奖惩。

　　注释：狭义指牵扯面小的事件，如两个人打架；广义指牵扯面大的事件，如二次世界大战。对单个个体而言，是狭义的；对整个社会而言，是广义的，对单个个体要随时奖惩，对整个社会，需要等待各种因素齐备才奖惩。比如对单个个体的奖惩可能只在几年或十几年时间内就见分晓，对整个社会的奖惩可能需要几十年上百年才见分晓，对整个人类的奖惩有可能需要上千年上万年才见分晓。
